Returns Policy

If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days.
Disputes are to be directed to sales@ontrend.com.au and refunds will be given whereby disputes are agreed to be legitimate.
The customer is responsible for any shipping charges on returned goods unless the return is an error on behalf of ontrend.com.au
